We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions stated below.
Buyers are only responsible for the return shipping fees for warranty items. (In most cases, buyer will only have to return the problem piece rather than the entire package.).
Before returning items, please make sure you get our return address, and use regular postal service and send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them ASAP.

Items that refundable:
We do our best to serve our each customer the best that we can.
We will accept eligible return requests made within 7 days of delivery, subject to the return conditions stated in this policy. A full refund will be given if items are returned in their original condition.
Merchandise which is damaged or missing components is not refundable.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Buyers are responsible for return shipping with proper packaging.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.
The time of refund hit your account:
Refunds are generally processed within 1–3 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 7–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
CANCELLATION
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or dispatched.
